Kinetra is a brand operated by REDG LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Delaware File #10360320). By using kinetras.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).

Orders

Adding items to your cart and starting checkout is an offer to buy. Your order is only confirmed when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse orders — for example, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or products that are out of stock — and will refund you in full when we do.

Pricing & payment

Prices, discounts, and availability can change without notice. Payment is processed by Stripe. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Product information

We work to make product photos, descriptions, and specifications accurate. Colors and finishes may vary from your screen, and manufacturers may change product details without notice.

Warranty & liability

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kinetra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the products sold on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
